Simon Pridmore

Simon Pridmore is a former Hong Kong Police Officer and Assistant Political Adviser to the Governor of Hong Kong. Over the last 15 years, he has been at the sharp end of the scuba diving scene in Asia, Europe and the USA. In the late 1990s he pioneered mixed-gas deep diving and ran IANTD operations in Micronesia through his dive centre on Guam, Professional Sports Divers. He then moved to the UK to operate the IANTD franchise there and also worked as Sales and Marketing Manager for VR Technology. He now lives and dives in paradise in the south of Bali, writes extensively for dive and travel magazines and is working on a series of books for advanced divers.
